3.5. Appearance of Partiality The Notary Signing Agent will refrain from performing signing services in any transaction that would raise the appearance of or the potential for a conflict of interest.

3.6. Personal Opinion The Notary Signing Agent will not offer a personal opinion to a signer about executing or not executing closing documents or consummating or not consummating a transaction.

3.7. No Refunds - There are no refunds on services rendered, or attempted. This includes but not limited to, Process Servicing orders for “Non-Service” due to a bad address or overall unable to locate the servee. Completed notaries, or cancelled appointments specifically for loan signings or general notaries. Considering the circumstances of the cancelled appointments for loan signings or general notary services it may be considered for a portion of the balance to be refunded.
