General Notary Service

General notary service is $10.00 for each notarial act and will require a base rate travel fee within the service areas (Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Portsmouth) of $25.00

Example - $10.00 for one page (one notarial act) + travel fee $25.00 = $35.00

• (Travel fees are applied per NOTARY SERVICES ONLY, Process Serving request are at a flat rate) Per the coverage area. Outside the coverage area there is an additional $.85 per mile (Monday - Friday). Saturday is an additional $1.00 per mile outside of the coverage area

• $.25 per page. (standard 8.5 x 11in pages) Associated to document packages larger than 10 pages

Status updates will be reported along with pictures to confirm that the servee has been served. Charges for this service must be paid in advance. This specific service is to be paid in advance. Please check the Availability calendar to schedule and pay.

• Regurlar Delivery - 2-3 business days from the receipt of documents - $55 , within the coverage area: Norfolk, Hampton, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Newport News), Out of Coverage area (Williamsburg, Yorktown, Franklin, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Carrolton, Glouster) - $65

• Rush Delivery - 24 hours from the receipt of documents - $75
